Judy Dann

Fitness Director & Personal Trainer

Judy is an accomplished trainer and motivational speaker. Her numerous certifications include: (ACE) American Council of Exercise, (ISSA) International Sports and Science Association and (SPN) Specific Performance Nutrition. She is also certified in golf specific fitness training through the Titleist Performance Institute. For over 10 years, Judy has provided effective personal training with measurable results. She frequently participates in the Chicago Marathon and as an elite participant in events including Hustle Up the Hancock.

   

Suzanne Nance

Sr. Personal Trainer

Suzanne is both a certified Fitness Professional and Life Coach. She holds certifications for Pilates and Personal Training as well as a golf specific fitness certification from the Titleist Performance Institute. She is a certified Yoga and Spin instructor. Her own accomplishments include endurance sports, such as marathons and triathlons. She is a world-class high altitude climber belonging to the 7 Summits Club. She holds the individual record as the first American woman to have climbed the highest mountain on each of the seven continents and skied the Last Degree of both the North and the South Poles.

   

Kama Shaar

Personal Trainer

A personal trainer for 12+ years, Kama earned an M.S. in exercise physiology and cardiac rehabilitation from Marshall University. She has worked with and developed successful training programs for a wide range of clients. Kama also has extensive experience in sport specific training, performance enhancement, circuit and strength training.

   

Kelly Spotak

Personal Trainer

Kelly is a certified Personal Trainer through The American Council pf Exercise (ACE). Her areas of specialty are in Boot Camp design, Youth Fitness, Sports Performance, and Strength Training. With a background in teaching and a Master's Degree in Education, she enjoys the dynamic of group exercise and working with people with varying abilities. Personal accomplishments include completing three Chicago marathons and participating in charitable events such as Hustle Up the Hancock. Kelly enjoys running, lifting weights, and playing golf.
