Fitness Director / Head Trainer

Judy Dann is an accomplished trainer and motivational speaker. Her numerous certifications include: (ACE) American Council of Exercise, (ISSA) International Sports and Science Association and (SPN) Specific Performance Nutrition. She is also certified for: Group Instruction, Fit Fore Golf, Stability Ball Training, Youth Training and is enrolled at the Titleist Performance Institute.

For more than ten years, Judy has provided effective personal training and also developed programs for schools and local companies such as Square D. She frequently participates in charitable races such as the Chicago Marathon and as an elite participant in events like Hustle Up The Hancock. In addition to racing, Judy enjoys cycling and lifting weights.

 

Suzanne Nance
Senior Personal Trainer

Suzanne Nance is both a personal trainer and Life Coach. She has been training individuals since 1999 for high endurance sports. She holds certifications for Pilates, Personal Training which includes Group Instruction and Aquatic Instruction from AFAA - Aerobics and Fitness Association of America. She has specialized in programs for women's health and fitness as well as injury prevention, fitness for the older athlete, as well as nutrition. Her own accomplishments include endurance sports such as marathons, triathlons, and high altitude climbing. She is the first woman from the United States to have climbed the highest mountain on each of the 7 continents and skied the Last Degree of both the North and the South Pole, thus circumventing the Globe.
